A medium length 10 minute journey.

This track activates and harmonises the nine auric energy fields in pairs, starting with the non dual band of the heart and progressively adding the four polarities outwardly. In the last five minutes, the journey expands all the nine auric bands simultaneously.

Very useful to activate and recharge the totality of the aura in a single practice.
