Let your intimacy emerge

The 4’ Blast app is designed to enhance different aspects of your intimacy. It helps you reach your true inner guidance, and from there, emerge ideas and actions that fulfill your relationship with yourself, and with others.

Making better decisions

Make four minutes of your day count like no other. A timer rings a smooth bell each minute, leading you through three decision-making phases, with an extra minute as a joker opportunity to extend a workout, or type and share your insights and make better decisions!

New millennium meditation

You may have said you don’t have time or you aren’t in the mood to meditate, you may feel caught by the snowball effect of daily compromises…Well, four minutes of practice is all you need to get your resources back and blast. This does not exclude longer meditation sessions but it’s ideal for those of us with active lifestyles. Repeating this practice throughout the day helps you keep your momentum.

The app pairs well with the Blast website, where you can see the points you’ve earned, learn sexy communication through books and videos, meet others in the chat and even travel together. Find more via the instruction manual or directly at www.theblast.club
