A short four minute practice.
The literal translation of the sequence is “All of me relies on the flow of expansion, the flow of creation, he flow of rhythm, the flow of connection, he flow of life in essence.”
This track helps call a greater intelligence to rely on. This means both our own wisdom and that of our planetary and stellar ancestors. In this case the songs goes through the five ripples of the human aura.

The track also includes an instrumental part with binaural beats to induce the gamma frequency in the brain, plus a sequence of frequencies to amplify the four pairs of auric bands and the heart’s electromagnetic field.

Very useful to align our aura with greater forces and stimulate creativity in a single, short practice.
